The bride came to me for some fans to keep the guest cool because there would be no A/C at the reception hall. We came up with an 8.5 x 11 folded in half with a craft stick to create a fan. Since it was just a reception, as the wedding wasn't the same day, we decided to add the itinerary on the front for the night and the wedding party and family on the back. Then we added a bow to make it look more formal.
